MY WHY-
When I was younger I began to have knee pain due to my weight and wearing high heels all the time. Living in pain wasn’t how I wanted to live so I decided it was time to work on myself.
I spent hours in the gym working on bettering myself for my wellbeing and finally attained results. Now I strive to help my clients to be the best version of themselves and live a pain free life so that everyone can enjoy living life to the fullest.
My Goal: It sounds cliche’ but Fitness is my passion.
I can’t think of doing anything else then helping people achieve their goals, it makes me happy whether its weight loss, weight gain, toning or improving general fitness.
I have worked as a PT now for 7 years and Managed a gym back home India for 1 year. I believe there is no such thing as “no time to exercise” if you want to make a change you can make time no matter how busy you are.
The process of transformation for clients, both physically and mentally is important to me. My aim as a trainer is to make fitness simple and approachable.
I help people find a training style that they enjoy and can utilize those styles to push towards their goals.
